Twitter Still Broken

So twitter’s password reset is still broken more than a week after they acknowledged the problem. Can it really be that hard to fix?

    I’ve tried all afternoon (May 11) to get new password and it is NOT working.What is the matter with these people, don’t they care, evidently not,sppeasrs that way anyway
