My email included the &token also.
Here’s how I successfully reset my password.

What I did was copy & paste the link in, BUT I noticed that all the link won’t paste!

So, I had to copy the missing end and paste it in to make the link complete.

Then it worked!

So copy the link, paste it in a new window, then examine it for what is missing off the end, then go back and copy & paste the rest in.

Wow. Thank you so much… I knew the link they sent had a string of gobbledegook in it, but I couldn’t figure out which part until I looked at your info. It wasn’t the same gobbledegook as yours, but by copying the format you provided I was finally able to get back in. Major frustration, but hurray for users helping users!

Thanks for the info. I’ve gone through the same thing! However, the link they sent me includes the ” & token” and it still doesn’t reset anything…brings you back to the same login page… I’m still not in!
