I got my mountain bike at Outspokin right after Christmas, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. They really do know what they're talking about, and they were really good at "dumbing down" the bike geek verbiage so I would understand what they were talking about.

One thing I really think is cool is that when you buy a bike from them, they will adjust it for you for free for a year. I've had them adjust my brakes and shifting several times. Each time, they've seemed glad to see me, and they got started right away on getting my bike fixed up.

I bought street tires for my mountain bike recently, delaying my need/want of a road bike, but when that time comes, I've already decided that I'm going to Outspokin to buy it.
