Problem solved. I'm going to laugh if they come out and tear up your yard to bury a cable you'll never need. Chances are, if they do it, they'll throw down some crap, fescue seed and hay and call it done and you'll be trying to kill fescue and get your bermuda to fill back in for the next 2 years.
