Firehouse is an amazing concept. Great subs, warmed bread and some of the best tasting honey ham I have had since leaving Pennsylvania. Also giving you as the consumer your choice of punishing hot sauces is a brave choice that this restaurant should be lauded for. Wulf, what days do you hit the Firehouse? Maybe we can hook up for a man sized lunch date. I agree with the Wulf. Firehouse is an amazing concept. It's not quite as expensive, you get a decent amount of food, they've never been out of anything I've ever ordered, and it's not loaded with enough salt to turn you into Dan Rather. I actually refuse to eat at Quizno's because I think the place is an insane rip-off and their subs are so packed with sodium that they're legitamately less healthy than an entire Frankie's cheese pizza. Next time you want a good sub, you should try Firehouse Subs on 41.
